This is my cover of Ryan Adams’ song “La Cienega Just Smiled.” It’s a beautiful song that i encourage all of you to listen to. His real version i mean. Makes you think of being on that street and observing the various kinds of foot traffic and the precarious activities of the denizens of the night. Back to the Hospital.
Hopefully pops gets sent home today. I don’t much like the thought of pops in a cardiac ward.
It’s becoming really annoying.
I really can’t stand people bashing our military servicemen. I don’t care where you stand on the different aspects of politics, our president, and whatever wars we’re a part of, is it really necessary to attack them? I mean, come on. They’re already attacked sometimes on a daily (and nightly) basis and have to come home to people discouraging them as a whole. That’s just bull shit. I overheard a conversation today that people were having about marines and it really made me lose faith in the youth of the present. They serve our country doing the most dangerous and nerve wracking jobs offered. Individuals are individuals and i can understand bashing someone for something personal, but don’t bash the service. Don’t. You’re an ungrateful, spoiled, got-off-easy brat if you do otherwise. Some of us served. Some wanted to serve but couldn’t. Some of us were indifferent. And then there were those who outright said ‘fuck that’ out of disrespect, not fear. Don’t be that douche. Respect your servicemen, respect your country.
My new addiction. Delicious and probably overly-filling added into my normal, sporadic eating routine. 50 grams of protein!?!? Muscular insanity! Bring it on! I’ll beat the hell out of you! I’m all jacked up on physical fitness and supplements! hahaha but seriously… go ahead, give me a reason. >:)
